Dr. Mary G. Davenport  is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified Sex Therapist. She specializes in both individual and couples therapy treating anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, body image, issues around life transitions (divorce, death of a loved one, relocation, retirement, health problems), as well as, gay and lesbian issues, and gender identity issues. Trained at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Davenport has been in private practice since 1974 and has extensive experience in her areas of specialization. She now practices in downtown Sarasota Florida.

 Ms. Eslien's specialization is with the LGBTQ + community, with special emphasis on the trans and gender expansive community. 

She is originally from Seattle, WA where she received her MA in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in 2009.  She completed her internship at Seattle Counseling Services, the first and oldest community mental health agency for lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgender individuals in the United States.  After spending 17 years in Seattle, she relocated to the Sarasota area in 2012.  Currently Ms. Eslien sees clients in private practice in Downtown Sarasota.
